MakanDaily is a weekday meal service that helps you plan lunches easily. We prepare fresh meals every weekday and deliver them to you, with flexible ordering through WhatsApp.

You preload credits, then use them whenever you’re ready to order — no rigid meal plans, no daily payment hassle.

MakanDaily Credits are prepaid credits that you use to order meals from us via WhatsApp.

Once you top up:

• Your credits are stored in your MakanDaily account
  
• You use them to pay for meals and delivery
  
• Your balance is deducted only when you place an order
  

Credits give you flexibility without locking you into fixed menus.

Our meal prices are transparent and consistent. They are clearly listed in each month’s menu and have remained the same since we started.

Meal pricing (per day):

• 1 pax: RM 20
• 2 pax: RM 35
• 3 pax: RM 55
• 5 pax: RM 85
  

Prices depend on the number of portions ordered for that day, not on individual menu items.

Example: How credits are deducted

If you top up RM 1,000, you will receive RM 1,100 in MakanDaily Credits, with the extra RM 100 given as a thank-you bonus.

Here’s an example of how credits are used for a typical week:

Weekly Orders

• Monday: Set A x 1, Set B x 1 (2 pax) → RM 35
• Tuesday: Set A x 1 (1 pax) → RM 20
• Wednesday: Set A x 2, Set B x 2 (4 pax) → RM 70
• Thursday: Set A x 3 (3 pax) → RM 55
• Friday: Set A x 2, Set B x 3 (5 pax) → RM 85

Total spending for the week: RM 265

What happens to my balance after that?

Starting balance: RM 1,100

Weekly spending: RM 265

Remaining balance: RM 835

Based on typical ordering patterns, this balance can last approximately another 3–4 weeks, depending on how frequently and how much you order.

Yes, absolutely.

MakanDaily is designed to be flexible. You may skip any day or even take a break for a week without any issue. Your unused MakanDaily Credits will carry forward automatically.

MakanDaily Credits do not have an expiration date. You can resume ordering whenever it suits you.

MakanDaily Credits are used exclusively for MakanDaily meal orders and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

Yes. Any unused purchased credits may be refunded upon request.

Credits that have already been used for meal orders are not refundable.

Bonus credits issued as part of a promotion are not withdrawable or refundable and can only be used for MakanDaily meal orders.

Approved refunds are processed within up to 14 working days after approval.

Bonus credits are additional promotional credits given as a thank-you when you top up your MakanDaily account. They can be used to place meal orders but cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.

Your credits can be used for:

• Weekday meals
  
• Add-ons offered by MakanDaily
  
• Applicable delivery charges (if any)
  

All charges are clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.

Absolutely. You may use your MakanDaily Credits to place meal orders for friends, family members, colleagues, or anyone within our delivery reach.

Simply let us know the recipient’s name, delivery address, and contact details when placing your order via WhatsApp.

We are continuously expanding our delivery coverage — and if an area is not yet within reach, we’ll do our best to explore it, in shaa Allah.

MakanDaily Credits are flexible and tied to your account, not a single person or address.

Delivery is included in the rate displayed in each month's menu for most areas we serve like Petaling Jaya, Damansara area.

In certain locations, a small delivery charge may apply, and this will be deducted from your MakanDaily Credit balance. You will always be informed before confirming your order.
